On one hand developer Barry Muskat sounds like a comedian (listen to sound clip below); on the other hand, he is definitely an optimist. His company has taken over 709 East Genesee Street, brought in United Uniform as an anchor tenant, and he’s not done yet.
The property is located across from Forman Park, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Parkview Hotel.
During the press conference to announce the winners of the Connective Corridor facade grant winners (round 2), Muskat hilariously walked business owners, officials and the press through his firm’s plans.
He praised officials from the Connective Corridor and local businesses for changing what he called the “psychological infrastructure” of the neighborhood.
