Syracuse in focus (SIF)

A few observations about being outside in -27 degree temperatures (an experiment with the wind chill):

1. 1. Fingertips go numb after a few minutes (in gloves)
   2. City streets become as quiet as a forest in Quebec
   3. Snow under your feet sounds about as pleasant as fingernails scraping a freshly cleaned chalk board
