After attending the Leatherstocking Cluster Fall Dog Show on Friday, we were not only impressed by the breeds and the training, but also by the style exhibited by the breeders and owners. Most participants were impeccably attired in designer gear, and some looked ready for runways themselves. From our conversations with judges and others, this chic fashion sense has always been a part of these shows. Maybe if the breeders don’t look good, the dogs won’t look (so) good.
