Former Henninger High star Marcus Douthit (left) along with former UConn Huskie Taliek Brown (right) participated in a free basketball clinic for Filipino youth in Queens on Columbus Day.
The clinic was hosted by Team FOOTPRINTZ and training pro Mark Williams.
We did some further research and found that Brown, who won a NCAA championship in 2004, almost went to SU back in the day.

Wednesday, July 6th, 2011Pro basketball trainer Mark Williams, a native of Queens, NY, sent us an update on his hoops enterprise called Team Footprintz. Williams has trained or collaborated with a who’s who of Big East basketball talent, including former Syracuse standout Nicole Michael.
Michael recently signed to play in the Italian pro league for next season.
