Wednesday, July 31st, 2013On Wednesdays an Open Figure Drawing group meets at the Westcott Community Center. We met one the artists as she did some work during last weekend’s Syracuse Arts & Crafts Festival.
Waste Not
Friday, May 31st, 2013This public art piece, located on the Hawley-Green neighborhood, is an homage to all things temporary. Torgerson’s work has also been displayed in NYC and Minneapolis. She said the wheat paste works last from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the weather. Locally we’ve seen Torgersons’s pieces in Little Italy and Midtown.
