Wednesday, March 14th, 2018Game Day (24 v. 24)
Tuesday, March 13th, 2018Another key matchup for tonight’s NCAA Division II East Region Final is at the forward spot: It’s two seniors, one from New Jersey, another from Ohio, and they both wear number 24.
Bloomfield College’s Nick Davidson scored 33 points in the semi-final 109-91 win over Merrimack.
Le Moyne senior forward Robert Jones, III scored 14 points, including 10-for-10 from the free throw line, in his team’s 67-63 victory of The College of St. Rose. He also grabbed six rebounds and had one block.
Le Moyne versus Bloomfield will tip-off tonight at 7 pm (Ted Grant Court).
Win or Go Home
Monday, March 12th, 2018At some point tomorrow Le Moyne’s Tyquan Rolon and Bloomfield’s Keith Washington will be matched up against each other. These two left-handed, well really ambidextrous guards, will lead their respective teams in the NCAA Division II East Regional Final on Tuesday. Washington had 31 (including 7 three-pointers) to help his team defeat Merrimack College on Sunday. Rolon had 12 points and four assists in Le Moyne’s win against The College of St. Rose.
In team sports, mano-o-mano is not the name of the game, but this should be fun to watch.
