Zekiah Owens played some critical moments off the bench in tonight’s Syracuse Stallions 128-126 win over the Jamestown Jackals.Guard Trahson Burrell got the starting nod after the injury to Jacquil Taylor. Burrell had 38 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Stallions into the first place slot in the Eastern Conference.
Stallions forward Jordan Robertson had 15 points, including this thunderous dunk in the first half of Saturday’s 155-122 win over the Tri-State Admirals.Stallions center Jacquil Taylor had 19 points, 11 rebounds in Saturday’s win. The league leader also registered five blocks. The team travels to Massachusetts on Sunday for a rematch with the South Shore Monarchs.
Guard Jimmy Gray, III led the Syracuse Stallions with 16 points and also had a team-high eight rebounds in the 93-82 win over the Tri-State Admirals on Saturday.
