Drexel Univeresity’s Nabil Akl winds up for a score in the first period for the Turkish National Team at the Village Pavillion on Friday. Akl is a graduate of Lafayette High. Turkey’s first-ever World Indoor Lacrosse Championship opponent was Switzerland.

ILoveMakonnen started in deep cover…
Here’s how fast the weather can change in Syracuse: Last week it was almost 90 degrees, and they are predicting snow for next month. It seems one minute you are all covered up, and the next you find a warming sun at your back. ATL’s ILoveMakonnen seemed to adjust well during his appearance at the Juice Jam Festival.
…but seemed to warm-up quickly
